I attended The Paper and Book Intensive in Oxbow, Michigan. In Andrea Dezsö’s class, I made four tunnel books in 4 days. Some of these will be on display at the Kentuck Gallery in Northport, Alabama in July.

These books were made between 1999-2001 and contain objects collected from my grandmother’s house.
Each page of this book was covered with an ingredient for making a cake, and then baked in the oven.

This book displays collaged images
of women, collected from food labels found in one neighborhood grocery store. Each woman is displayed on her own paper alter.
