2006

Postcard printed on canson paper, Gill Sans type. The quote is from Stars Fell on Alabama by Carl Carmer, which is one of my favorite books about the tension between NYC and Alabama. 4″x6″, 2006.

In 2006, I printed only broadsides as I became proficient in letterpress printing and typesetting. Here are some samples of my broadsides. All of these examples are set in lead type and demonstrate different methods of image-making including linoleum block cuts, photoploymer plates and colographs.
